Program Description We provide free, confidential, one-on-one tutoring to adults who want to learn to read and write or to improve their reading skills. English classes are offered to adults speaking English as their second language. A Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Literacy Program provides literacy instruction for Department of Human Services clients.
