Program Description Promotes adult literacy by training volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with adult learners. Classes held in public libraries. A literacy outreach program serves the Department of Corrections, City Rescue Mission, Redrock Behavioral Clinic and Opportunities Industrialization Center.
Fee for Service All training and students materials are free.
